New year, new life. Isn't that what people say? I suppose in general we can say life is the same for us here, right? But that's how it usually goes, not everyone changes countries, kingdoms or whatever there is in your world, each year, do they? It's in the smaller details where things change and new ones come to us.

[He looks at the doorway more as a reflex upon noticing someone there, after all he is on the front desk to attend people if they come in, than anything else. But it doesn't take more than that for him to realize that it's Minato. Watch him jump and promptly close the journal.]
