You should look at the people with Japanese names who... Are from worlds where they don't know what Japan is. Those cases are a bit weird.

That's... seriously messed up. I guess you would have to find an Atlas for them to figure out where it is and what kind of world we're from.

It sure is messed up. I mean, they even claim that the whole world has that way with the names and those are clearly Japanese. It's as if they were manga characters from an author who has no imagination with names.

Now I would personally feel offended if I didn't know where my origins were from!? Seriously, what's with popular media nowadays!? Authors need to have more heart when they create their stories.

Yeah, nothing more annoying than to read a manga settled in a fantasy world with the protagonist named Sarutobi Sasuke or Matsuda Yuna. If you're going to create a fantasy do a complete one.

I would break the illusion of an author who decided to halfass things like that.

Halfassing things like that breaks any charm the story may have, in my opinion. It's as bad as watching Japanese people being stereotyped by American movies and ridiculed.

I've been to Russia, but I haven't explored America yet. I think I would've enjoyed Russia a lot more if there wasn't a war going on.

I would suggest to not leave Japan then, but depending on the reasons for those coincidences to happen you could still end with a war breaking out there.
