New year, new life. Isn't that what people say? I suppose in general we can say life is the same for us here, right? But that's how it usually goes, not everyone changes countries, kingdoms or whatever there is in your world, each year, do they? It's in the smaller details where things change and new ones come to us.

We're still starting, but does anyone have something new already? Or plan to get something new during this year? I myself have got a girlfriend, the beautiful Ushiromiya Ange, sorry guys but she's out of the market now!

I'm glad to hear that, too. [A happy sigh. Here comes even more sappyness.] I'd say yes and no to that. I've gotten used to being in love with her, but that doesn't mean there aren't still moments that take my breath away.

Probably for the same reason the experiments seem to fall on the last days of the month. At least they generally have enough common sense to not let experiments last long enough to catch on New Feathers unless it's some of those "late to the party" ones. It would be awful, specially when it's experiments that affect our memories and such.

Yes, that'd be pretty disorienting when you haven't gotten settled first. I'd imagine it's pretty unsettling even when you have. I was lucky enough to go unaffected through the last shift, though.

Well, that goes without saying! You'd be surprised how you keep learning more and more about the person you know better than you even know yourself. And it's been five years. Five wonderful, amazing years.

It's Minato, he's rarely anxious about anything to be honest. It doesn't mean he won't like it and if you have met before in those rushed circumstances I'm sure he would appreciate being able to properly meet you after so long.

The last one wasn't too bad, at least for me. Though it had me start smoking and my best friend got angry with me for it.

Hmm, how about for your birthday? That way there's enough time to make sure everyone is free for that date and it gives a reason for the gathering. It wouldn't be the actual birthday, though, we could do it on that Saturday and leave Sunday alone.
