Routine is boring. No matter how exciting it can be, if it becomes routine it will still be boring.

There's a difference between being distracted and being entertained. Just because something doesn't seem heavy to do or makes time go on at a sluggish rate, it doesn't mean that it's not boring. But it's good if you don't find it boring.
